GARDEN DESIGN

We work in professional and methodical manner. Unusually along the following lines, however if you’re pushed for time or feel that additional steps are need to create the perfect garden then we will accommodate. Our aim is simply customer satisfaction.

Our designer will visit at a convenient time to discuss your initial thoughts or requirements, at this stage we do not charge a fee if within a 25 mile radius of Birmingham City Centre. (We are happy to undertake commissions right across the country and would simply charge any travelling expenses at cost for this consultation). Your budget would normally be discussed at this stage and our choices are either a full or half day consultation arranged with the designer or to proceed to a garden design.

A site survey is then carried out and you are supplied with a Client Questionnaire which relates to your requirements, the requirements of the site, and a wishlist. This questionnaire, can also be downloaded directly from this site.

Our designer will return within 1-2 weeks with a concept for your new space. This can range from a bubble diagram to a sketch or even a more more detailed drawing. The concept is discussed between designer and client. We find that this reinforces the clients confidence in the designer and also ensures clarification of the design direction.

From Concept the finished plan is prepared for discussion and approval. Plant choices are discussed also discussed at this stage.
